5. Handling of email correspondence
Data collected and purpose
When you contact us at our business email addresses (*@omicron-ailabs.com), we collect your email address, your name and any personal information you choose to include in your message. This data is processed solely to answer your request, follow up on our exchanges and manage the commercial relationship, including quotes, advice and architecture proposals.
Legal basis
Processing of this data rests on our legitimate interest in answering information requests and communicating with our clients and potential partners, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, or on pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where your request concerns a service.
Retention period
Your contact details and the related correspondence are kept for as long as is necessary to handle your request. 8. Governing law & jurisdiction
This site and its legal notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Omicron AI Labs shall have sole jurisdiction.
